We’ve always valued our customers… and now it’s time for us to give something back in the form of bigger and better rewards!
It’s out with the old and in with the new… Introducing our brand-new Costa Club Malta app! The good news is that when you download our new app for free, for a limited time only you will automatically gain 100 free points for you to use at any Costa Coffee Malta store! We’ll explain how the points system works a little bit later...
The Costa Club Malta App is available on both android and IOS and can be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store respectively. Once downloaded, you’ll need to go through a quick and easy process to register.
So here’s how the app works…
Each time you make a purchase, this barcode will need to be scanned for your points to be updated or redeemed.
A preview of your statement gathering all of your points, the number of visits during the current month and your recent purchases will be found as soon as you open the app/home section.
With every purchase you make, you’ll gain points which are converted into Costa currency that you can use as and when you please at any Costa Coffee Malta Store. Points can be used either in full or in part as another payment method to pay your bill. These points are not lost unless your account is inactive for over a year. Points and redemptions cannot be exchanged for cash, and points can only be obtained when a purchase is made.
Along with the points you'll gain on every purchase, we’re also giving you something extra depending on your frequency of visits. Depending on the number of times you visit any of our stores per month, you'll reach a different tier; either a bronze, silver or gold coffee bean.

Bronze bean | 0-10 visits |
Silver bean | 10-20 visits |
Gold bean | 20+ visits |
To keep your status as a proud bronze/silver/gold bean member, your visits need to remain consistent. For example, if in each month you visit one of our stores 10 times, you’ll reach the silver tier, where you’ll remain there as long as your number of visits during the following month remain at 10. If they reach 20, you’ll then reach the gold tier and you’ll need to visit 20 times the following month in order to maintain this status. If your visits decrease, your tier will drop down, depending on your number of visits.
